Using MigosVideo

MigosVideo lets you create AI video transformations from two photos and a reference video. Sign in to submit a generation or purchase a one-time credit pack. The selected format and credit cost are shown before you submit. Generation runs in the background, and finished videos are available in your private library.

Use photographs of adults you have permission to include. Do not use the tool for nonconsensual impersonation, misleading endorsements or harassment. Permission to generate a private video does not grant permission to publish someone's image as a public example.

AI uses your photos for appearance and clothing, and the reference video for the scene, performance and soundtrack. Outfits, expressions and fine details can vary. This service does not clone a voice from a photo, and sample results do not guarantee identical results for other inputs. Pets, 5-second clips, portrait/square formats and 1080p are experimental options with more limited validation.

Content rules

MigosVideo does not support pornographic, nude or sexual content. Do not upload sexualized images of minors, nonconsensual intimate images, or content intended to harass, exploit or impersonate someone without permission. Use appropriate photos of adults who have agreed to participate, or suitable pet photos.

When photo checks are enabled, both submitted photos must pass before video generation starts. A rejected photo submission stops generation and returns all website credits reserved for that task. The refund applies to website credits, not an automatic cash refund of a purchased pack. A provider outage or incomplete content check is not treated as a content violation.

To prevent repeated attempts to bypass the checks, the following limits apply per account:

  • Three consecutive rejected submissions within a rolling 24-hour period: photo submissions and new video generation are paused for 30 minutes from the third rejection. Further rejections after the pause may trigger another pause.
  • Ten rejected submissions within a rolling 24-hour period: photo submissions and new video generation are paused for 24 hours from the rejection that triggers the limit. This takes priority over the shorter pause.
  • Each generation request counts at most once, even if both photos are rejected. A submission whose photos pass resets the consecutive-rejection count, but not the rolling daily total. Service errors do not add to or reset these counts.
  • Attempts made during a pause are refused without reserving additional credits or extending the pause. Deleting a task, refreshing the page or signing out does not reset the restriction.

Automated checks can make mistakes. If you believe your photos were rejected incorrectly, contact us through the contact page or your account's support tickets. Do not repeatedly resubmit the same rejected content.

Purchases and credits

Purchased one-time credits never expire. Promotional or gifted credits may have a separate validity period shown in the account. For paid video tasks, credits are reserved when the task is accepted, settled on successful generation, and released after a confirmed failure. An uncertain provider submission remains reserved while its result is checked. Storage retries do not charge for another generation. Returned purchased credits also never expire.

One-time credit packs are charged in USD through PayPal. They do not create a subscription or renew automatically. Review the pricing page for current packs and generation costs, and the refund policy for failed tasks and payment concerns. For help, use the contact page.
