Generation credits

One-time credit packs are available through PayPal. Purchased credits never expire. Generation tasks reserve the displayed website credits when accepted. Credits are settled once on success and returned after a confirmed failure. An uncertain provider result remains reserved until resolved. Storage retries do not incur a second generation charge.

Photos rejected by content checks

If submitted photos do not pass the content check, video generation does not start and all website credits reserved for the task are automatically returned. A task is shown as failed after the credit release completes. Returned purchased credits retain their permanent validity.

Repeated rejected submissions may temporarily pause generation under our content rules. Requests refused during a pause do not reserve new credits. This credit return is not an automatic cash refund of a credit pack.

Payment and quality concerns

A return of website credits is different from a refund of a PayPal payment. If you have a duplicate charge, a payment problem, unused-credit refund request or a concern about a generated result, contact us through support with your order or task reference. Do not send passwords or full card details. We review payment refund requests individually; a failed generation does not automatically reverse the credit-pack payment. This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law.
