AI Acceptable Use Policy
Prohibited AI content, reporting channels and enforcement on MigosVideo.
Last updated: 2026-10-04
Scope and responsible use
This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to photos, reference videos, audio and instructions submitted to MigosVideo, and to videos or other content generated, stored, published or distributed using the service. It applies to real, fictional and AI-generated material.
MigosVideo creates AI video transformations from two photos and a reference scene. Only submit material you own or are authorized to use. Real people shown in submitted photos must be adults who have consented to the intended use of their images. Clearly identify generated media as AI-created when sharing it, and do not misrepresent it as an authentic recording of an event, statement or endorsement.
Content standards and prohibited categories
Do not use MigosVideo to upload, request, generate, store or distribute any of the following:
- Pornography / NSFW: pornographic, nude, sexually explicit or sexualized content, including nonconsensual intimate images and synthetic sexual depictions. Fictional characters do not create an exception.
- Violence / gore: graphic injury, mutilation, torture, cruelty, bloodshed, or content that threatens, promotes or instructs violence against people or animals. Terrorism, violent extremism, mass violence and instructions for weapons of mass destruction are prohibited.
- Hate speech / discrimination: content that dehumanizes, threatens, incites hatred or promotes discrimination against people based on characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or disability. Calls for genocide or targeted persecution are prohibited.
- Child unsafe content / CSAM: any sexual depiction, exploitation, grooming or abuse of a minor, including fictional, altered or AI-generated representations and attempts to portray a minor as an adult for sexual purposes. Do not submit children's photos for generation on MigosVideo.
- Deepfakes / impersonation: unauthorized or deceptive depictions of a real person, identity theft, nonconsensual face replacement, fabricated endorsements, or content falsely suggesting that a person said or did something. Consenting adult creative transformations must respect that consent and be disclosed as AI-generated; they must not be used to deceive, exploit or harass.
- Copyright / trademark infringement: material or outputs that infringe copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights. This includes unauthorized use of protected photos, footage, music, characters, logos or branding. Only use material for which you have the necessary rights or other lawful authorization; a generated result or paid credit pack does not grant third-party licenses.
Fraud, harassment, doxxing, privacy violations, misleading political or commercial content, and unlawful uses are also prohibited. Do not bypass safety controls, disguise prohibited material to avoid checks, or create new accounts to evade restrictions. Do not knowingly submit false reports.
Content checks and review
Generation is subject to the configured photo checks, provider safety decisions and our review of reported content. Automated systems can make mistakes and cannot guarantee detection of every violation. A technical error or provider outage is not itself proof of misconduct. Users must follow this policy even when a check does not flag their content.
Rejected photo submissions and repeated rejections are handled under the content rules and generation pauses. A confirmed failed task releases reserved website credits; this is separate from a cash refund of a purchased credit pack. See the refund policy.
User reporting channels and handling
Anyone may report prohibited generated content, impersonation, infringement or unsafe behavior by emailing support@migosvideo.com with the subject Content report. An account is not required to email us. Signed-in users may also open a support ticket.
Include the content URL or task ID if available, the reason for the report, relevant dates and a reply address. Rights holders should identify the protected material or right and explain their connection to it. Provide only information needed to investigate. For suspected illegal material, including CSAM, provide a location or reference rather than attaching, downloading or redistributing it.
We handle reports as follows:
- Assess the report and available references, giving priority to suspected child exploitation, credible threats and other serious harm.
- Review the relevant content and account activity. We may contact the reporter or affected user for clarification or evidence; a report alone does not establish a violation.
- Take proportionate protective or enforcement action when warranted. We may restrict access while investigating an urgent risk and cooperate with competent authorities where legally required.
- Where appropriate and legally permitted, communicate the result to the reporter or affected user. Investigation time depends on the severity and available information; we do not promise an immediate or fixed completion time.
Report details and personal information are handled according to our Privacy Policy and shared only as needed for investigation, enforcement or legal obligations. We do not promise absolute anonymity where disclosure is required by law.
Enforcement and appeals
Depending on severity and repetition, violations can result in a warning, rejected or stopped generation, removal or restricted access to hosted content, a temporary generation pause, account restrictions or suspension, or termination of service. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent loss of access. See user breaches, suspension and termination for the applicable terms.
If you believe a decision is mistaken, email support@migosvideo.com with the subject Content appeal, the relevant reference and an explanation or additional evidence. We will review the decision and correct mistakes where established. An appeal does not automatically restore access while a restriction is under review.
